Molly specializes in dimensional color and extensions, with a focus on creating natural, lived-in results that grow out seamlessly. Her approach is detail-oriented but relaxed, making every appointment feel both productive and easy. Above all, she values the relationships she gets to build with her clients and community.
Brecklynn Schlote
Stylist + Operations Manager
Brecklynn specializes in vivid color, blondes, and extensions; creating fun, expressive looks that reflect each client’s personality. Whether you’re going bold or just adding a little edge, she’s all about making your hair feel like you. She brings a warm, easygoing energy to her chair and is passionate about creating a space where everyone feels safe, seen, and comfortable.
Align + Refine Massage
Abbey Lair
Abbey offer Deep Tissue, Swedish and Thai Massage in her private studio within Root + Ritual. She is passionate about helping people heal their body through various massage techniques and has a background in physical therapy. She has her yoga instructors license and studied Thai Massage in Thailand where she fell in love with the craft and honed in her ability to help her clients relieve tension and discomfort in their bodies.
